Twenty-five years is a long time in any business, but in the tyre industry — where competition is fierce, margins are tight, and customers have high expectations — it is a genuine achievement. Rathcormac Tyres has been serving Irish farmers, hauliers, and fleet operators for a quarter of a century, and we are proud of every year of it.

How It Started

Rathcormac Tyres was founded with a simple mission: to give Irish agricultural and commercial vehicle operators access to quality tyres at fair prices, backed by genuine expertise. In the early days, that meant stocking the most popular agricultural sizes and building relationships with local farming families across Munster. Over time, the business grew to include the full commercial vehicle tyre range and expanded its reach across Ireland.

What Has Changed — and What Hasn’t

The tyre industry has changed enormously over 25 years. New brands have emerged, technology has advanced, and the demands of modern farming and haulage have evolved. We have kept pace with all of it — adding the Wellplus commercial range, expanding our CEAT Specialty agricultural offering, and investing in our fitting facilities. But one thing has not changed: our commitment to honest advice, fair pricing, and fast service.
